This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Discover of Solutions, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and the client, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."
Discover of Solutions agrees to provide web development and software development services to the Client as outlined in the project proposal. The scope of work, timeline, and pricing details will be specified in a separate document, mutually agreed upon by both parties.
The Company will develop customized software and web projects based on the specific requirements provided by the Client. The Client acknowledges that any changes or additional features requested beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges and time extensions.
Discover of Solutions shall not be held responsible for any legal or illegal activities conducted by the Client or any third parties associated with the project. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that their project complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Company is not liable for any financial profit or loss incurred by the Client as a result of the web or software project. The Client acknowledges that the success of their project depends on various external factors beyond the control of the Company.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation and, if necessary, through mediation. Any legal action or proceeding initiated by the Client against the Company is expressly prohibited.
The Company is a web services provider and is not involved in the formulation or execution of the Client's business plans. The Client acknowledges that the Company's role is limited to providing technical services, and it does not assume any responsibility for the Client's overall business strategy.
The Client agrees not to pursue any legal action, arbitration, or mediation against the Company for any perceived damages, losses, or grievances arising from the web or software development services provided.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The Client acknowledges that the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement are binding upon availing Discover of Solutions services. By engaging with Discover of Solutions for web services, the Client implicitly agrees to and accepts the terms outlined in this Agreement. Any subsequent changes or amendments to this Agreement shall be effective upon notification by Discover of Solutions.
